After living in a Marc Davis built home for
eight years, it was time to select a builder for our dream
home. I consulted several of the highly regarded custom builders
in Flagstaff and eventually selected Marc and North Country
Construction for this project. There were a number of reasons
behind this decision, the primary being his ability to understand
what we wanted and make it happen.
The challenges we presented to Marc included a topographically
complex lot which required significant earth work, a design
that included a full basement with drive out garage, state
of the art building techniques including spray foam insulation,
foundation waterproofing, sealed attics, full Home Automation,
hydronic heat and other high energy efficiency techniques.

Construction spanned
10 months during which all types of weather were accommodated for
with no delays in construction.
Marc's relationship with his subcontractors
is the best I've seen anywhere. He hires only the best and receives
the same from them.
The key to an on budget and on schedule project
is having subcontractors that deliver. Marc's do.
I was very actively
involved on a daily basis from the design phase through final inspection
of my home and can say without a doubt,
our home is all we hoped it
would be. Marc delivered a home that is energy efficient, solidly
constructed and a source of great pride
to us. I have recommended
Marc to a number of friends and would be happy to act as a reference

ago while visiting our home in Flagstaff, we met Marc Davis.
While talking briefly of his extensive building and design experience,
Marc excited us with a master bathroom remodel project

my search like most do I looked to the yellow pages for a
general contractor. After calling and meeting with Marc Davis
owner of North Country Construction Inc. I knew I found the
right guy for the job. |

The project was to replace a 1500 sq. ft. deck
that had rotted and was not built to standard building codes.
Marc designed and constructed a perfect rendition of what was there and I am
totally satisfied with the finished product.
Approximately two years later I decided to do an interior remodel with Marc on
a cost plus basis. Not only did I save money
but Marc worked well with the out of town subcontractors and delivered
me the home I always dreamed of.

Our building
experience was fantastic with Marc Davis
and North Country Construction, Inc.. We owned our
vacation home in Flagstaff, Arizona and while away we
experienced an extreme water leak and damage to most
of our lower level. Overwhelmed with the damage to our home
we did not know what to do. Thinking long and hard we
decided to contact the original builder of our home, not knowing
if he was even still in business. |

To our surprise Marc was still building
fine homes in Northern Arizona.
We contacted Marc to see if he would be interested in
helping us get
our home back in order. Marc was not only excited about working with
us but came right over to make sure no
further damage was going to be
caused. It was a heaven sent to have him work with us as well as meet
him. After the complete
clean up of our mess we were impressed with how quickly
and efficiently Marc repaired our home.
A few years later we hired another contractor for bit of remodel work.
We unfortunately found out not all contractors are the same.
Actually
they are like apples and oranges, not even close. We did though decide
years later to move forward with our major room
addition, of course hoping
to find Marc again.
To our prevail Marc was
still working hard and strong in Northern Arizona.
After contacting Marc, he produced just what we expected, a beautiful
room addition completed just as we dreamed.
He was even on the jobsite
daily and as a result our addition was completed in a very timely and
professional manner.
